Haroon Rasheed Ahmed is the esteemed proprietor of H & H Engineering Services, LLC. A native of India, he was born in the Middle East during a period of substantial construction expansion. His educational journey led him to obtain a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, TX, with a specialization in Structures and Applied Mechanics. Haroon's unwavering passion for Civil Engineering blossomed at an early age when he would craft intricate sandcastles on the shores of Bahrain.

With an impressive career spanning over 8 years, Haroon has accumulated extensive experience across diverse facets of Civil Engineering. His expertise encompasses Management, Construction Material Testing, Fenestration Design and Engineering, Anchor Connection Calculations, Horizontal (Bridge) Construction, Bridge Inspections, Ancillary Inspections, Shop Drawing Reviews, and Bridge Designs.

Haroon is a duly licensed professional engineer in the States of Virginia and Texas, and is actively pursuing multi-state licensure. Furthermore, he holds the certification of a bridge inspection team leader.
